We carry an unmatched selection of Japanese domestic market (JDM) bass lures, including DRT, deps, OBASSLIVE, OSP, Nories, LuckyCraft, and Huddleston. Our store is especially strong in Kansai regional brands — small-batch makers from the Kyoto, Osaka, and Lake Biwa area that even other JDM exporters do not carry.
We also stock a deep inventory of American lure brands, with the largest ZOOM (ZBC) soft bait selection in the Kyoto region.

Handmade Big Baits
We design and hand-build our own big baits right here in Kyoto. Each lure is hand-carved from wood and individually finished. Developed through extensive field testing with former JB (Japan Bass) tournament professionals, these are serious fishing tools built for real performance.
Original colorways inspired by Kyoto culture: Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), Ginkaku-ji (Silver Pavilion), and Kamo-Nasu (Kyoto heirloom eggplant). Available nowhere else in the world.

Our shop is just 30 minutes by car from Lake Biwa — Japan's largest lake and one of the world's premier big bass destinations, famous for producing largemouth bass over 60 cm (24 inches).
Since our founding, NUSHI has been deeply connected to the Lake Biwa fishing scene. We were among the first to stock legendary Biwa-born lures like the deps Slide Swimmer and DRT Klash. We know what works on the water because we live next to it.
