NUSHI ships worldwide from our shop in Kyoto, Japan. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
For domestic Japan shipping rates and details, please refer to the Japanese version of this policy.
International Shipping
- Carrier: DHL Express
- Destinations: We ship to 69 countries worldwide. Please check at checkout whether your country is supported.
- Shipping rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions.

- Asia: 2–5 business days
- North America: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Oceania: 3–7 business days
- Other regions: 5–10 business days
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Our shop is closed on Mondays and the third Sunday of each month, so orders placed on closed days will be processed on the next business day.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. DHL or your local courier may collect these fees upon delivery.
NUSHI is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures in the destination country.
Tracking
All international shipments are sent with a tracking number provided by DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with DHL to investigate and arrange a resolution.
For damaged items, please keep all original packaging and provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Restricted Items and Countries
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from import in your country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order. NUSHI is not responsible for items confiscated or returned by customs due to import restrictions.
Long Items (Fishing Rods)
Fishing rods over a certain length require special handling and may incur additional shipping fees. The exact rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the rod length and destination.
