Air pockets built throughout the body add suppleness and buoyancy, so after the fall it sways and slowly topples over on the bottom, stimulating the lateral line of pressured bass until they can't resist biting.
The fine ribs that catch the current and the long knife-edge tail that flutters tightly to create micro-vibrations are carried over from the original Kinkuu shape. Beyond the neko rig and wacky rig, it handles quick lift-and-fall on a Texas rig or leaderless drop shot, weed fishing on a jig head or weightless, and mid-depth jig-head wacky.
